The Sony Vaio M Series netbook looks very similar to the existing Vaio W Series. It will come with a 10.1 inch LED Backlit display with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels, processing comes in the form of a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 processor, and it will come with 1GB of DDR2 RAM. The Sony Vaio M Series netbook is also a 5400rpm 250GB hard drive, integrated 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR and a built in web camera. There are no details on what operating system the Vaio M series will come with, although we suspect it will be Windows 7.
